His practice now focuses solely on alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services, including mediation, arbitration, and neutral services. Frank’s mediation and arbitration practice is focused on construction law and business-related disputes, but based on Frank’s mediation philosophy, he can effectively mediate any dispute.

Frank is available to meet in-person and virtually. He has access to private conference room areas with high-tech video-conferencing capabilities. Frank’s Mediation Philosophy:

“Each mediation is a unique combination of issues and personalities. My job as the mediator is to assess the issues and personalities and determine the best approach for resolution. I may need to be a facilitator or I may need to evaluate and push—or not push—on one or more of the parties. In short, I am an adaptive mediator, and I approach each mediation as an opportunity to help the parties resolve their disputes so that they can live their life without the expense and anxiety of a lawsuit.”
